(1) Dice 200g
Chicken Breast and fry until golden. Prepare around 100g of each
Soy Sprouts and
Bamboo Sprouts.
(2) Add Sprouts and a generous amount of
Soy Sauce until dark brown. You can also add some onions or other vegetables if you like.
(3) Prepare 200g (dry)
Mie Noodles in boiling water (see instructions on package) and add them to the mixture. Fry for another few minutes, until the Soy Sauce is spread evenly.
